Fallout, the Omnitrix’s DNA Sample of an Atomus Lacertis from the planet of Traction in the Andromeda Galaxy.

During an invasion of mind controlled Anur citizens and Wrighters, an Omnitrix assistant known as Xylene would input a code that would unlock Alex’s 40th transformation; Fallout. This is an extremely powerful, being one of the top three strongest aliens in Alex’s current arsenal and a personal favorite of Alex. This transformation was capable of overpowering Albedo’s Ultimate Aliens with ease and being the sole reason why Zs’Skayr’s containment was so successful. Alex rarely ever uses him daily, reserving him for bigger threats.

[ Personality Side Effects]
While as Fallout, Alex immediately presents himself as incredibly confident and matter-of-fact, boldly proclaiming he will defeat Albedo’s Ultimate Extinction. Unlike his usual self, Alex takes on a much more stern and battle focused as he mainly works towards defeating his enemy as quickly as possible. Though he seems to retain his usual sense of humor, as shown when he referred to himself as a “walking lava lamp”.

Fallout tends to speak in a respectful manner, addressing people by their title or personal relation to the individual, as opposed to their actual name.

[ Powers and Abilities]

Enhanced Intelligence- Fallout seems to be an incredibly intelligent individual, primarily around nuclear physics and the like, granting him an immediate understanding of his abilities. However, his tactical mind was also augmented significantly as he could tell when someone was nervous just by looking at them.
Immense Strength- Even upon first transforming, Fallout showcases incredible levels of raw physical strength, this strength completely outclassed most of Albedo's Ultimate Aliens with ease and being capable of matching Albedo's To'Kustar form, even being able to knock him down to the ground. Fallout again shows his incredible strength with lifting up a building with ease.
Immense Durability- His dermal armor allows Fallout to survive several point blank attacks from powerful energy blasts. Most impressively is when he didn’t even budge from a punch from Ultimate Extinction. He is even able to withstand a massive explosion made by hundreds of Techadon Robots and come out unscathed.
Immense Speed and Agility- Fallout is extremely fast and was capable of effortlessly outpacing Ultimate Extinction and completely obliterated him. He was capable of effortlessly catching an Ultimate Kineceleran and even outpace VastMass with ease.
Immense Stamina and Endurance- Fallout possesses incredible levels of stamina and endurance, even when injured he continued to increase his ferocity as he kept fighting.
Vacuum Survivability - His unique physiology along with his dermal armor allows him to survive in the vacuum of space without any aid for an indefinite amount of time.
Radiation Immunity- Fallout, being an alien that produces nuclear energy naturally, he is immune to the effects of said energy.
Nucleokinesis - Fallout is essentially a walking nuclear reactor, able to generate and manipulate large amounts nuclear energy with ease. This grants him near infinite abilities dealing with electro-magnetism, heat, radiation, plasma, light, and solar manipulation.
- Radioactivity- Fallout can naturally release and sense alpha, beta and gamma particles. He also possesses the ability to stabilize an highly irradiated area back into a more safe level.
- Flight - Fallout is capable of high speed flight with the aid of his energy, even being able to travel in the vacuum of space due to his suit. He was able to fly so fast he could reach Callisto in just a few seconds.
- Heat Generation - Fallout can generate heat that’s so intense it’s able to melt nearby objects, with enough heat he could melt the surrounding area. If he were to touch something while doing this, he can cause it to violently combust.
- Star Manifestation- Fallout’s ability to manipulate solar plasma grants him the capability to generate miniature suns that last for years which he calls “Fusion Cuisine”. He can also detonate these and use them as powerful bombs for mass destruction.
- Nuclear Energy Projection- Utilizing his natural abilities to manipulate nuclear energy, Fallout can release it as a condensed beam of destructive energy. Its full destructive capability is more than enough to destroy Callisto, a moon nearly the size of Mercury.
- Disintegration- Given enough energy and build up, Fallout can completely atomize his opponents with his nuclear blasts when necessary.
- Transmutation - Fallout possesses the ability to rearrange molecular or particle structures of any substance into a different substance all together. He’s even transmuted himself a new arm when one of them got ripped off.

Overexertion - Whilst Fallout can generate large amounts of energy, expunging too much can make him tired, especially with really powerful moves.
Environmental Hazard - His minute radiation can infect innocents if he’s near them long enough. Humungous nuclear blasts are explicitly a hazard for regular humans.
Organic Matter - Fallout cannot transmutate living tissue it is possible for him to do so, though very unstable.

Beta Collision- A ramming attack in which he flies up and propels himself at his opponent at high speeds.
Atomic Fissure- Fallout channels his strength into his fist and punches the ground with all his might to create a powerful earthquake and shockwave. These shockwaves were so powerful he completely obliterated Europa.
Ground Zero Drop- A piledriver attack where he utilizes his incredible speed and energy projection to slam his opponent into the ground.
Nuclear Champion- Fallout creates a miniature green sun which he thus uses as a bomb, which will annihilates anything within its immediate vicinity. He can also use this as a straight energy beam.
Atomic Bombardment- Fallout sends countless amount of energy spheres from the sky downwards his opponents, similarly to the raindrops fall on the ground.
Nuclear Fission- Fallout is capable of using his energy manipulation in conjunction with his incredibly fast and strong punches to generate nuclear explosions, producing large mushroom clouds in the process.
Nuclear Apocalypse- His second most powerful attack, Fallout uses a lot of energy to create a large ball of nuclear energy and plasma. This results in an extremely powerful bomb that can wipe out anything within a 100 mile radius.
Gamma Ray Burst- Fallout is capable mimicking a cosmic phenomenon to an extent. When used, the area around Fallout becomes a miniature singularity and he releases two parallel beams of energy in the direction he desires. This is by far his most powerful attack but is very risky to use with a populated area or a planet in general, meaning he uses it in places devoid of life or further away.

Despite not needing to move his mouth plate to speak, he can still move it if he actually felt like it.
Fallout is organic despite appearances.
Unlike Ben Prime who speaks with a more heroic tone, Alex/Fallout speaks with a deeper, guttural and more intimidating voice.
The Atomus Lacertis are by default respectful individuals.
Fallout often chants to charge up his attacks. He doesn't technically need to do it, but Alex thinks it adds a little something to it.
