Second Rate, an Atrocian from the planet of Atrocious 0.

While chasing down a criminal In Undertown after he stole Vaxasaurian eggs, Alex’s Omnitrix core would accidentally brush against the skin of an Atrocian citizen, unlocking his 41st transformation: Second Rate. This species has next to no actual offensive abilities but have tremendous defensive abilities. Second Rate has a body made of a sort of matter similar to a sponge, making his body soft yet incredibly durable coupled with his inability to actually feel pain. Alex would often use Second Rate as a way to tire his enemies out then just sit on them once they’re down. Atrocious and the Beastiola's work together in order to fight off the vicious Electropods.

[ Powers and Abilities]

Indestructible Skin - Second Rate is covered in an indestructible skin, able to withstand heavy physical blows, energy attacks, explosions, bullets, and almost anything enemies can throw at him. He can fall from the atmosphere and survive without a scratch, creating a huge crater in the process.
High Pain Tolerance - Thanks to an evolutionary measure to be more effective, he feels no outside pain whatsoever, not in the slightest. Even being shot with a high caliber tank wouldn’t even make him flinch.
Immobility - Second Rate can make his body completely immobile. When he does he can never be moved by an external physical force. The only thing that can move him is himself. Making him the perfect trap for enemies by just sitting on them.

[ Weaknesses]
Poor Physical Condition- Despite his insane level of resistance, his other qualities are lacking and he is considered weaker than even the most unathletic human.
Joint Pain- Despite being able to not feel any external pain, he can actually feel pain from inside still, particularly his joints

Trivia.
Second Rate leaves Alex in a constant state of annoyance, frustration and exhaustion. Making him sound constantly tired and snappy.
Alex dislikes Second Rate and considers him his least favorite.
He is never used in combat but is often used to test out the weapons for the Plumbers. Thankfully, he gets paid for it at least.
Second Rate stands at 4’7, taller than the average teenage Atrocian. He grows to be roughly the size of a bear standing on its hind legs.
