Thx I'm wondering why I don't try BW before  maybe cause I love colors of nature above all

BW doesn't always work. Ideally you want grey, white, and black to all be present in the tone of the image. It does simplify an image a great deal which is good for composition. Colors have different levels of attention grabbing value, and that may be in a part of the image you don't want the viewer to focus on (a color like red has a high value for attention). If light is connected to you subject it is worth a try. If you use Photoshop, you can throw on a black and white adjustment layer to see if it makes the image better. You can take the hand icon and drag on different parts of the image to change the tones. I will do flowers in black and white if the light is more important than the color to create a mood etc,.

I know some landscape are beautiful in BW...but it's hard for me to imagine that...the same with flowers, I love trying to capture the good shades of this kind of pictures ^^' I think I have to work on myself to break some prejudice and stereotypes
