You guys remember Carly, right? The old Hetalia OC of mine?Well, I redesigned her, and made a collab for her!
I originally used LovelyMunchie 's base, but then I decided to put it in with the original screenshot, since I loved the bg.
The ZIP file comes with an xcf file and psd file with the original layers, and a png for paint.net users!

Also, two more things
1. So far I've been able to remove the nipples from cure march's outfit, and I'm gonna rerig the outfit once I get home from the arcade
And 2, I'll send you the model of cure black once I get home too. I'll get to work on cure white tomorrow.
