! Its made with ultra fractal?! It looks like an abstract painting!
The paper effect adds some reality to the image!

That is awesome, love the colours and watercolour abstract feel to this one!! The canvas texture is also very cool! Brilliantly done!

Whoa. WHOA. I saw this and thought, "Oh, I didn't know Omron did paintings!" The thing that convinced me is because it looks like a face in profile. I've seen a few fractals that look like real objects, but never like this in this style. Great, great work.

Wait a minute.. This is a fractal? No this isn't! Can't be! *thinking..* no-one said it was, only that it's made with Ultra Fractal. I didn't know it was possible to do something else than fractals with it. This is an amazing work I love the colours especially!

Omron In reply to omeNainen [2006-01-20 10:11:58 +0000 UTC]
lol I have to disappoint you, it IS a fractal, only it was a lucky find and some skill in layering it the right way to make it look like a painting, but it's still a fractal Anyway, thanks for your nice comment...

I am totallly perplexed to how you got the colors to look so much like layered water color. I know you have alot prettier peices, and people can get blown away by them, but for me this is best to date, when you can take a tool, and work it so well that the tool is no longer seen, your doing some serious art. I would however be tempted to actually scan in some nice water color paper, and lay these colors over it. Simply to make the medium a little more belivable.
