Goddess Aura: The embodiment of the sky. Goddess Aura is made of pure, etherial magic. She rules the sky, and is married to God Ila. In the infancy of Equestria, she crated pegasi from clouds, and worked with her partner to make unicorns. She is the mother of Equestria, and the Royal Sisters. She and her husband go missing after Luna's 500th birthday.

God Ila: The embodiments of the earth. God Ila, just like his wife, is made of pure magic. He rules the earth, and made earth ponies from clay. Together with Goddess Aura, they created unicorns. He is the father of Equestria, and the Royal Sisters. Him and his wife eventually go missing after Luna turns 500.

Princess Celestial Goddess: The eldest royal sister. Celestia was born to rule the day. After her parents go missing, she takes her place as Sun Princess. She rules Equestria with her sister until Luna becomes Nightmare Moon. Shortly after she seals her sister away, she rules Equestria on her own. Upon Nightmare Moons return, she is captured and eventually becomes Goddess Day Breaker.

Princess Lunar Goddess: The younger royal sister. Luna was born to rule the night. After her parents disappear, she takes her place as the Moon Princess. She rules Equestria side by side with her sister until her envy transforms her into Nightmare Moon, and is shortly after sealed in the moon.

Queen Ladybird Chrysalis: Ruler of the changelings. Mother to her entire kingdom, and ruthless military leader. She meets the Twisted Sisters after she attempts an invasion on Canterlot. It is love at first sight for her and Goddess Day Breaker. She is eventually partially reformed and marries Godess Day Breaker.

Goddess Day Breaker: Born from the Celestia's rage, she is the sun side of the Twisted Sisters. After defeating Chrysalis, she is assigned as her guide and guard around the castle. She falls in love with the queen and moves from Canterlot to the Changeling Kingdom. She rules the Changeling Kingdom with her wife, Queen Ladybird Chrysalis.

Goddess Nightmare Moon: Created from Luna's evny, she in the moon side of the Twisted Sisters. She rules Equestria on her own, her sister acting as an advisor when called upon. When her sister leaves to rule with Chrysalis, she begins to feel a little lonely in the castle. She goes on to use magic to birth her daughter, Princess Stardust Idol

Princess Midnight Idol: Magic born by Nightmare Moon, she is the bat pony princess of Equestria. She is born after Sunset Shimmer's return to Equestria.
