I get the fact the Rukia is acting like the luetient from K-chan's division but I do not see Rukia acting like that.

i wrote a story kinda like that- except it was with Yachiru (like, right before kenpachi became the division 11 captain and Yachiru got bored because she couldn't see anything so she crawled away and found byakuya and thought his hairclip looked like candy so as he flashedstepped away, she would grab onto the end of his captain's cloak. He didn't notice till she bit him)
