Wow, thanks for your kind words. It was really nice to hike in there, where this shot was taken. These reindeers were almost anywhere so I managed to see those nearly every day as I was there for one week. I'd really would like to go back there.

Ainakin Pyhällä nuo porot on yllättävänkin kesyjä. Viime kesänä ne tuli kerran ihan mökin pihalle, missä majailin sillä kertaa. Vaelluksillakin niitä näki aika usein. Jos niitä lähestyi varovasti ja rauhallisesti, saattoi päästä ihan parin metrin päähän. Tuolla 420-polttovälillä olisi päässyt vieläkin lähemmäs, mutta päädyin näyttelemään tällai julkisesti tällaista vähän sommitellumpaa kuvaa.

Armeijassa yhellä leirillä tuli muutamapäinen porolauma suunnilleen viiden metrin päähän meidän asemasta.. Oltiin semmosen melko korkeen kumpareen päällä.. Mukavat näkymät oli muutenki..
