Yeap, when I draw too, I can be really frustrated drawing hairs. Even if one strand of hair is weird, it will make the whole picture ruined. I get that feeling

A bit, well at least it has some layers. It is just some improvements on the paint program you're using. If you are also interested in Photoshop but it is too costly for you, you should try the program GIMP ( GNU Image Manipulation Program ) it has ALMOST and likely to be the same as Photoshop. And the cool thing it is free of charge!
I used GIMP before and it is kinda same as the Photoshop CS6 I am using today.
But if you're thinking it is too advanced for you, try Paint.Net but try GIMP first, and find or search for tutorials for it. Cool sofware ;D

Er.. Just no. I mean.. Why add some boy band that everyone likes because their hot with one of the best Anime's ever.
