you ask why she have two rotationplasty?Well she start to have problem with her knees, (yes both knees). After she was hit with a bullet!!!
But she don't want a amputee, She want to have both feet! so she make the desicion.
She can't no walk but she's happy of have both feet ♥

Hmm, she made the descision she will have to live with it, a gross deformity IMHO, she'd have been better off as a long dak with some decent prostheses.
Usually it's the surgeon that suggests rotatorplasty without the paitient realising just how ugly the result will be.
