You screeched as you felt someone violently pull you out of the water (and your thoughts, as well). The person unceremoniously dumped you on the floor.

“Levi?!” You rubbed your bottom, trying to make the slight sting go away.

He glared at you and took out his pocket watch “You were in here for 40 minutes, idiot. For all I know, you could have died in your bath.”

Was it really that long? You thought. You stood up, planning to go back to the tub, when you noticed Levi still staring. Your face turned bright crimson. Your hands flew to your chest, covering them from his sight. You hasted to your tub, making you slip on the wet floor. Fortunately for you, Levi was faster. He pulled you to him, his hand on your waist.

You looked up to him, mesmerized with his gray eyes. But then, you remembered. You were still completely naked. You flailed in his arms.

“Don’t look! Don’t look!” You said as you tried to cover his eyes.

“What the hell, bitch! Don’t move too much.” He slung you on his shoulder, making you blush an even darker red (if it was possible).

You pounded your hands on his back. “Hey! Hey! Put me down, you pervert. Let me ---“

You stopped your mid-sentence when you felt your body sank into the water. He just carried you back to tub. You watched as he gathered soaps and cloths and put them near the tub. He shrugged off his tailcoat and hung it on the wall hanger. His white, long-sleeved dress shirt was slightly soaked; probably when he lifted you off the tub earlier. He rolled his sleeves up.

“W-whaat are you doing?!”

“I’m going to bathe you properly, stupid. You are still filthy.” He removed his gloves and put them on his pocket. “To think you were in here for 40 minutes.”

Blood came rushing to your cheeks again, for the third time that day. “Y-you c..can’t! I-I may not be what you call a proper lady but I still am a lady! Call Hanji instead.”

The smug look on his face returned, as if he could not believe what he was hearing."I've lived for hundred of years. I've seen them all. And besides, it's not like I'll be able to see anything interesting in you."

"Why you!"

“I’m not satisfied with how shitty-glasses cleans you up,” He sighed, taking out a black cloth. You wondered briefly how many items he can fit on his pocket. He used the cloth to cover his eyes. “There. Happy?”

You nodded, feeling lightly stupid upon realizing that he couldn’t see you. You cleared your throat instead. “Yeah yeah, just get it over with.”

You reached for a cloth and applied some soap into it. You may have allowed him to bathe you this time but there’s no way in seven hells that you would allow him to touch your private parts. You blushed at the thoughts. To stop the lewd ideas from entering your mind, you started to clean yourself. You turned your back to him and let him do his work. You stopped momentarily, breath hitching on your throat. You tried your hardest not to shiver when you felt his slender fingers ran up your neck. He gently massaged your scalp; the smell of magnolia filled your nose. You leaned back to allow him better access of your head. Your eyes slowly drifted close, enjoying the pressure of Levi’s fingers. Then, a moan escaped your lips.

Your eyes shot open. Did you just moan? Without warning, Levi dumped cold water over your head.

“Hey, that’s co--"

“Rinse yourself. I’ll call Hanji to dress you up.”

Not waiting for your reply, the butler left. You could’ve sworn you heard something in his voice. Was it anger? Frustration? You weren’t really sure and that made you uneasy.

“So... How was your bath, Lady [Name]?” Hanji asked while tightening the strings of your dress. Her smile widened when she noticed your face turning a bit red. “Aren’t you going to tell me what happened~?”

“Nothing happened. He just bathed me, okay? He even had a blindfold on.” You uttered, trying to be as passive as possible.

Hanji giggled. Her eyes seemed to sparkle. “Ohhhhh. Blindfold, huh? I didn’t know you can be so kinky~”

“It’s not what you think it was, Hanji. My god. He just bathed me. Bathed only!” You almost half-shouted at her.

“So... no hot bathtub happenings?” she inquired and you shook your head in response. “Aww, that sucks.”

“There’s one thing, though...” you started. You told her about your accidental moan and Levi’s abrupt leave.

Hanji’s smile went even wider and her eyes sparkled. Noticing the change in her face, you asked her, “What? Is there something you weren’t telling me?

“Nothiiiing~ I should probably go now, m’lady. Cleaning duties and stuff~ Bye~”

“Oi, shorty.”

Levi didn’t even spare Hanji a glance. He was making himself busy: boiling water, mixing the batter, chopping fruits, arranging and re-arranging the items on the cupboard.

Hanji grabbed Levi’s hand. “I’m talking to you, Levi!”

“What the hell do you want, shitty-glasses?!” Levi snapped back, his eyes turning bright red.

“If you ever do anything to hurt [Name], I will personally kill you.”” Hanji’s grip on Levi’s hand tightened, eyes turning red as well. “My contractor paid in advance. There’s no way I’m letting her down.”

Levi took his hand back. Her threats were empty. He was stronger than her - way stronger. “I will not hurt her, shithead.”

“Good~” Hanji smiled. Her eyes were back to their warm, hazel hues. “I must get going and do... uhh... maid duties! Bye, shorty~”

As Hanji passed through the main hall, she came across your parent's portrait. She stared at the woman in the painting, her fist on the place where her heart is.
