All adopt payments are to be made in USD through Paypal!
Payment is expected upfront (Holds available for up to 5 days)
Changes like sex, hairstyle, color palette, outfit, etc. are allowed
Novatts have a cool-down period of 3 weeks before they can be traded!!
Trading, Reselling, and Gifting are allowed; trades however must occur once the cool-down period has passed.
The winner will receive the full-resolution file on a transparent background.
