“I need help getting better. I want you and Vikki and Stephanie to put me through the ringer as often as possible. You each bring an incredible skillset to the ring and I need you all to work with me to improve.”
“All of us? You’re better than all of us now.”
“Not work individually, all at once. Like a three on one tag match?”
“Allison why would you want that? No offense but that’s an almost impossible task. Don’t get me wrong it sounds like you are giving us permission to beat on you and tie you up…”
“Yeah if you think you can!”
“… and I for one would love to put myself to that test” Laura said ignoring Allison’s interruption. “But why?”
Again, Allison wavered a little bit but then her eyes found Laura’s.
“Because my beloved step sister tried to take all of this from me and I’ve had time to think about that. I want to hone my game….”
“Oh I like what Im hearing…”
Allison took a moment for effect. There was no smile from her lips. No doubt on her face. A cold determined look in her eye.
“Then Im going to take her belt from her and burn her kingdom down.”

Thank you. This whole idea didn't even hit me until long after Allison had 'won' the gym back. The idea sort of smacked me in the face while thinking of something else as I recall. Seems like a good idea, 'try to take mine, eh? How about I take yours instead?' Of course saying it and doing it to the big sister are two different things!

I'm with Laura on this. I like what I'm hearing. I can't think of very many things that would make me happier than seeing Katie destroyed.
I'm sure this story will have plenty of twists and turns along the way, but I already know how I want it to end.

Except for those few moments right after a tag when a quick double-team, sometimes triple-team power move is used, which are tactics I'm guessing Laura, Vikki, and Stephanie will need to use.

You've got that right! Allison might take some lumps, but she's going to give some too. But mostly you are right, its her future opponents.... and likely some of Katie's thugs along the way.... that should absolutely shudder. Another thing to consider is her attitude when these matches happen. Think she'll be motivated for some revenge??

OO Alison is going after Kate's belt this should be good would be even better if she took Laura Vicki and Steph with her to watch her back they would all clean house .
The type of training that Alison wants should be very interesting to see things are about to really hot up around here.

The battle for the gym is over but the war of the sisters sure isn't! Allison needs to get better to face Kate again but, to be able to handle her three best fighters, that's some Broly-level aspiration... or lunacy!

Speaking of something I also can't wait to see... this 3 on 1 tag match sounds phenomenal and I really, really hope it happens before the big tournament (and I'm really looking forward to the tournament also). It's not only because of how much I want to see the 1 on 3 match (which is a lot). More importantly from a writing standpoint, seeing Allison, the gym's best, take on the other three top women would really be a huge does of inspiration and light a fire under everyone else in the tournament, truly showing them the level of performance they should aspire to obtain, making them fight and work even harder, also possibly influencing how Vikki and Stephanie perform in their tournament matches.
Also, the 3 on 1 match begs to be a multiple fall iron woman match, or at the very least an elimination match where Allison has to beat all 3 opponents and whoever remains of Vikki, Laura, and Stephanie each have to beat Allison.
The match is such an excellent idea: Allison gets to truly test her mettle, Vikki can prove that she can pin and/or submit Allison without it being a surprise "fluke", Laura gets to see whether she actually can beat Allison or not, and Stephanie can show what she's truly made of.
Anyway those are just my suggestions and I can't wait to see what you come up with.

Its going to be a lot of fun to assemble that's for sure. The three of them v Allison may not go the blonde's way. It's a very tall order but she wants to get better and fighting all these styles will do that. Katie has a head start experience wise but Allison is looking to close the gap!
