Another hard, late night workout completed. Running the gym requires some serious after hours stress relief!This is the last of the IRAY rebuilds for the main group. Now on to the new members and some other characters.

First of all, let's state the obvious. The model is incredible. If Ally looked ripped before, then I don't know what the word is, now. Chiseled perfection, maybe?
But let's not BS me here. This is not after a workout. Nuh-uh. After a workout, sweat is running off you in buckets. You get hold of the water bottle, take a big swig, then dump the rest over your head. Without a care about what you look like or who's watching.
But this? Spraying herself expertly while posed perfectly, with all muscles flexed? And the hand on the hip, to boot? No, sir. This is Allison, ready for her close-up. Sitting for a session with Kacey Cole or LHGFX (that's right... there's a fitness photographer so famous, he has no name), shooting for her spread in Muscle & Fitness Hers.

This is the perfect capper on what has been a terrific series of upgrades, and it only serves to enhance the excitement that I am feeling for the future of the James Street Gym.
Allison is the key cog that makes everything work; she is the glue that keeps everything together, and is the engine that keeps all things associated with the gym humming along.
Oh, yeah ... and then there is this: she is SUPER SEXY!!!!!
