This is kinda a tribute to Penelope (and her relationship to Ruby), because after all these years I realize I never drew the two of them D:

Penny became Ruby's apprentice when it was found that Penny wasn't quite fit to be a gladiator. The little lynx was so skittish and shy that Ruby was immidiently very protective over her. She did her best not only as Penny's mentor but as a replacement mother, doing whatever she could to comfort her during hard times and cuddle her when she couldn't sleep at night. The two ended up being a very close mother/adopted daughter duo<3

Tagging PancakeShiners who originally created Penelope, and pastelmeerkat who she was recently adopted by<3 Penny is leaving EBC now though so I wanted to get something involving them up asap~ (The admins were gonna have Penny forced into a gladiator apprentice position after she was adopted and after her healer apprentice assignments started getting worked on which would have kinda ruined the character that she is and wouldn't have made any sense considering Penny's mental state, so its understandable you wanted to take her out, Pastel<3 I would have been really frustrated to have done all that work for nothing too x.x Ruby is gonna miss her baby though...I hope wherever she goes she finds happiness! Sunshine child deserves only the best<3
