Harvest. Carefully harvesting herbal plants for healing medicine

"You know, my first mentor of healing was a jaguarundi too." Ruby mused. "His name was Bird- the wings on your armor remind me of him."
"That's interesting coincidence, what happened to him?" Hemaka asked, only half paying attention as he scanned the undergrowth. The jaguarundi and cheetah padded alongside one another through the early dawn light, on the hunt for healing herbs. He was taking her to a small glade that had been mostly untouched by the curse, providing them a prime spot in which they could often find healthy plants.
"He died."
"I'm very sorry to hear that," Hemaka said softly, turning to his tall apprentice. They were quiet for a moment. "But everything happens for a reason," Hemaka spoke. "Just like Pride Shemu needing you to care for it, so I could discover your skills in healing and invite you to be my acolyte. Do you believe in coincidence?"
"No, not really," The cheetah replied, as they came upon the glade. "I believe there are good cats, and bad cats, and my life's misfortunes have only ever been at the paws of cats who make evil choices."
"Aren't they always?" The jaguarundi commented. "Someone is always the villain in someone else's story, while the hero in another's. But its the series of events that take place due to our choices that lead us to moments of significance." Hemaka was about to go on, when he noticed that Ruby had crouched, unmoving, beside a bushel of plants, and was gazing at them mournfully. Hemaka came up to her side. He'd never seen this combination of plants grow together like this.
"What is it?"
"A moment of significance." She whispered, looking over the bunch of aloe, chamomile, marigolds, and roses. My children. They would be grown now. Is their father still with them? Still caring for them? Will I ever see them again?
"So I ask again- do you believe in coincidence?"

So I drew this to be kind of a throwback or redraw of Ruby's first training assignment back in the day: The Magic Cure
This time instead of a weird magic plant that wasn't canon at all, its the plants her children were named after, her kids being Aloe, Chamomile, Marigold, and Rosalie. If this land was ever touched by the gods and destiny is real, perhaps this is where she begins to believe that.
