Here goes my entry in the Darksiders contest, i hope it complies with the rules. It basically is my take on the subject of my last days on earth, wich is having myself been turned into an stretch Armstrong doll by War. Painted with paintshop over my pencils.________________________________________ _______

You just gotta love Joe Mad huh? While I am sad that he doesn't do comic work anymore, I'm happy that he's content doing video games. Especially games like Darksiders. ^^ Excellent work ONELOUSYCAT.

I agree you just gotta love him for his artistic skills, as you say it's a shame we don't get his comic work as often as we use to. I wish he would've continue with his battlechasers. Although his take on the Ultimates was gladly welcome (not so much the Loeb story ). I guess the big money is in the video games. Thanks

Your welcome. And I agree. I loved Battle Chasers myself. His take on the Ultimates were great, but the story wasn't. I think I remember him saying in an interview that he had always wanted to work in gaming, so I'm glad he's getting his wish. Maybe one day he can return and finish Battle Chasers, and maybe do a few more comics.

Thanks man that is a lot to say about my stuff. I really dig the Joe Mad penciling style, while i am trying to find my own voice i do have to accept that he is an influence among many other talented artists i look after.

Thanks a lot, i agree with you about too many photomanipulations in the contest. I have nothing against it, but i do appreciate more when people deliver stuff done from the scratch, scratch meaning an empty piece of paper.
