Why don't you try and sell them but with other peoples characters? Like customs or something and then do a deal where they pay extra and they can get one of your characters?

if you get them printed off and laminated, just take it to the
local post office and send it through an envelope and just
ask how much it will cost to send it there 
But at the post office they should list you prices
