Further Concepts and Finished Design of the "Hell Princess" character.Her Wings becomming a "dress" is my favorite elemnt of this character, although the horns are cute too.
Her weapon is the Demon King sword.

I draw in photoshop cs5, but yeah i use the "pen tool" (vector tool) for lines because my hand control is awful.

Lots of practice, haha. I tend to double over lines and add different thicknesses and stuff to make it look less.. vectory?
There is a bit of back story, but I'm awful at writing so it's not so much secret as it is not established very well, haha.
The short version is the sword is her father trapped in a weakened state as a weapon, similar to Fernandez.

Some bits of her design and the general organic-armored concept were definitely inspired ny Nero and Dante's DMC4 DTs
There's quite a bit of classic DMC influence in this project haha, I'm a big fan of the series.
We're kind of exploring the idea of crowd funding at the moment, so if you REALLY want to throw money at us stay tuned!

Cool, the design really reminded me of the concept art for their DTs found in the artbook, which I just adored! Definitely an awesome thing to take inspiration from.

Besides the fact that her character design is wicked cool, let's talk about the sword: it's one of the sickest sword creations I've seen since Bleach! Awesome work, dude!

The sword was definitely fun to make, i wanted to make it cool but also a bit comedic, and i think i did a pretty alright job.
