Optimus' "Autobots, roll out" might be nice but you may get bored of it after a while. Talking of him saying it at every oportunity that shows...
But when Megatron says the Decepticon's version ONCE - sh*ts about going to go down. >

The base was pounted in the pancake batter. and then optimus died. and ratchet got emo. and bee got a new look. and wheeljack got executed. and starscrem... uh... what he do? anything that mattered?

seriously now:
The autobots bridged out while Optimus stayed behind to ensure that everyone made it to safety. The Nemesis delivered a devastating blow on the base that blew the whole mountain sky-high. So yeah, and that's when pretty much the season ended.
