I wasn't that happy about dinosaurs, but what I've seen in Teaser, told me, that it would be nice to watch. At least, for its' design.

The Predacons are counterparts to the Dinobots in a couple of ways:
1. Both were influence by Shockwave; the latter moreso.
2. Both are supposed to be based on prehistoric creatures; the Dinobots of Earth's dinosaurs, and the Predacons are dragon-like creatures that were the equivalent to dinosaurs on Cybertron.
If you read the "Rage of the Dinobots" comic [link] it will give some insight to the Dinobots and Predacons as well as lead into the third season of Tranformers: Prime.

Yup; here, the Predacons are the Cybertronian equivilant to the dinosaurs. Thus, the Predacons will be counterparts to the Dinobots.

To be honest, I never really heard that much about the Beasts...are they both factions or do they have their own side where they defy both? Are they a group of cons or bots?
