Description
SPOILERS!!!At the end of the episode, Dreadwing is outside on the top of the Nemesis, fuming over the fact that:
a) Starscream turned Skyquake into a Terrorcon zombie
b) Megatron's letting Starscream back into the ranks
c) Megatron states the Decepticons have to be united, meaning Dreadwing can't act against Starscream.
Perhaps this is a sign that Dreadwing will have a change of heart (er, spark) that explains the previews of the next episode "Regeneration".

Saw the preview clip on Youtube.
SPOILER:
Dreadwing attempts to terminate Starscream, but Megatron intervenes, ordering the former to stand down. Dreadwing, however, tells Megatron that this is an order he, "cannot follow."
I'm assuming that it'll be Dreadwing who will provide Optimus with the Forge. Based on the implication that he now blames Starscream for Skyquake's demise and 'zombification' rather than Optimus, Dreadwing will perhaps have a change of 'spark' and ultimately switch sides or at least aid the Autobots while remaining with the Decepticons. Who knows. Things right now, as Knockout would put it are, "going to be juicy!"
I cannot wait for this week's episode, and next week's season finale!

Spolier, read at your own risk:
Dreadwing did give the Forge to the Autobots, but he doesn't join them. Afterwards he tries to kill Starscream and Megatron intervenes, but when Dreadwing doesn't listen Megatron kills him.

Whos to say screamer can't have an "accident" when all is said and done.....and shame on Megs for taking an outright crap on one of his most loyal soldiers loyalty......

True; I think this is what might cause Dreadwing to switch sides.

They all lost a brother tragically? Or that they all have an ominous cry of rage?

Well, Dreadwing lost his Spark-twin, but Optimus and Megatron were considered brothers--in context it would be blood brothers until Meg's revolution went downhill. And they're screams of rage are pretty terrifying.
Here's to the next episode!

Considering his twin was made into a zombie and left in an alternate dimension by Starscream--and Megatron stating that the Decepticons have to work together as a whole, meaning Dreadwing can't act on Screamer--that's understandable.
Perhaps his reaction will explain some of the scenes in "Regeneration" due this Friday.
