Your art is not getting bad at all! It might not be improving yet, but you shouldn't hate it that much! You draw well enough as it is, and unlike some people (Such as myself) You are very talented! (This picture was good)

Just a little hint to get better, other than just draw the same way all the time, experiment! Try to exactly duplicate someone's work that you really admire or enjoy, and through duplication you'll start to incorporate the style of it that you enjoy so much into the practices of your style and get it really top notch. ^_~ At least...that's how it's worked for me so far. *shrugs*

Back to the issue of the picture though, it's beautiful! I absolutely love your style and coloring schemes! Granted, the words of bishie don't mean much...but it's true. ;_; I mean, the -only- thing that could use work are the hands, and hands are absolutely the WORST things to draw, ever! Though....I'm sure there are people who would disagree, I believe hands to be the hardest. *nodnods* Anyways, keep up the great work! I love seeing your art, make more!
