Well this my entry for contest about her oc CeciI make a other style and coloring mode

first i make a sketch in computer of comnposition in blue color, the next y make the lineart
after i use the basic tones and the multiply layer i use the seconds and third tones
the light i use the rude lights and finally use the white for the shiny
in the backgruns is very easy, i use a degradation tone to white and pink, i use 2 multiply layers and finally use the rude lights, the center circles is a delete
