Reason for entering: Festiva wants to free Dirge and get him healed from the grip of the Sister Misery. She refuses to let Zadkiel fight, because she doesn’t want another close friend to get hurt.
Appearance: Slim and long bodied, Festiva’s fur is not quite to the white spectrum like most of her subspecies. Long well groomed blue ruff along her body with bright blue eyes. Gums and tongue are black white teeth are grey.
Strengths:
Frost breath: Only able to fire off two huge shots of freezing gas and chunks off, Festiva can freeze whatever gets hit by it for a total of three minutes. (Major)
