So I saw this movie once. This guy would zap people with a flip phone and they'd die horrible deaths. Yet he was all excited about it...

That is very pretty with the overall effect. I like how you shaded and colored the metal looking parts and the view outside the window. It looks very otherworldly.

There's something about the wings that is very mysterious, the way they are textured makes me think of wood, as if they represented the only plant life in a mechanical place. Makes me wonder what is beyond the waterfall.

Wow, that architecture (like, the arch, pedestal and wings) is really cool! There's nice shot composition, colour contrast and a nicely exotic style to this, so well done!
As is my custom, I gotta find something to crit 'cos unconditional praise doesn't help as much as constructive criticism (I reckon). So anyway, even though this is a stylsed drawing, the anatomy of the upper arm and lower leg seem a little elongated.
