I know they read backwards but that is crazy!(jk)
Ah...well back to the picture...here is a helpful officer posted with a police bike in downtown Tokyo...yes a bike...and seeing his phisique i think i could proly outrun him on it too...=_='..buuuuut none the less they were all very nice people and very short...
