Beautiful shot! First thing that strikes you is the clarity of the girl in the foreground, then the blurriness of the trees behind her. Really helps your attention go to the right place.
Also, the colours are gorgeous, although the scarf might be a bit too strong for the softness of the rest of it, but it does help her pose a lot- fantastic pose, by the way!
Although, one thing I'd mention is her expression- it doesn't seem to mean anything. It works and fits in the picture, although it might be more interesting if she was smiling slightly or looking a bit miffed ^__^
