It is really pleasant to view. The colours are nice, and the reflections add a lot of life into the picture. However the eyelashes look odd, as if too much post-process was applied. The DOF is really small, too small in my opinion. If you had chosen to close the lens a bit it would add more detail to the photograph.

...but i was wondering if the focus area isn't too short, or the contrasts too strong on the skin...it is like my eyes go on the eye first and then up to the skin...
