Cleff is a Mewthree based on a Mewtwo/Clefairy fusion I designed for a contest a couple of years ago.

Here's the drawing I'm talking about.

Since then, I tried to draw him a couple of times and totally failed until now. I really like his design, I love this character a lot but haven't showed enough. Is time to change that because he's hilarious and adorable!
