Mewtwo it's supossed to be 2.0m tall, Tymime should be around 1.45m and Eve it's 1.30m.

Exactly.
They were originally just a bit larger than Mew, but when I started to improve their design and anatomy it couldn't keep on that size. This was a hard process, it was really hard to find an appropiate size, not too small but yet not too big since they would look ridiculous.
Halfway was the best option for them. Makes the difference bewtween Mewtwo and Tymime a funny detail (since they have a rivalry in a really bad way, they hate to death each other). Also, everybody fears Tymime but at first sight can be really disappointing. And Eve... just looks cute as she is, a little grumpy thing xP
