I had a teacher like that once... real pain... she was unable to understand me as an artists and we would end up always fighting over her critiques over my work... In the end the changed classes with another teacher who had a different view of art and we never had trouble with it again...

well its an fine art classes and he has 4 classes every week. 4 hour each...i think hes a pretty creditable instructor at the school so im not gonna mess with him. or else the whole fine art department might come shoot me with brushes.
i have another Design art class to balance out my troubled soul ha. that class is awesome.
