So this is my little sister, she wanted this position and picked the clothes and such. She's seven and acts like a total bitch.I colored it on GIMP as well as experimented with the newsprint filter thing.
I have no idea how to do backgrounds so bleh, had to do something...
She is the cutest little bitch ever by the way!!!
