I think that is really cool because it seems like the android was programmed not to actually do anything but to look like they were instead, like Kowalski was programmed to look like he was reading not actually read at all just pick up a book move his eyes then flip the page every few minutes

for those BioAndroids penguins being the opposite charcters of penguins,
it's very creative for BioKowalski to read things upside down, and I always love how they wear opposite clothes to our real penguins <3
and I am quite surprised to see BioSkipper being calm and thoughtful there instead has his deadly evil smirk XD maybe it's being opposite as well due to Skipper always smirk smugly.
but I really love seeing BioSkipper being calm like this <3 he is not that evil at all, you know~ in our writting C; maybe here are BioSkipper turn good and not that evil anymore.
