Anywho, here we have Jack, shooting lighting...and holding what i've dubbed as "THE WRENCH OF MUTHA F*CKIN' DOOM!!" Cuz electricuting your enemies the bludgeneting your enemy upside the head while they spasm from said electricution is fun!

Chibi Rapture: I know he says some weird things and he sometimes even scares me but not all are untrue. I mean, the world does seem scary Big Brother. If I came out of isolation, nations like America and Russia will take away everything I’ve got. America will try and make me be a hero by giving it to the poor and Russia will try and make me one with him by giving it to everyone. I don't mean to be selfish Big Brother, I know I have so much to give the world but I want to give it because I want to, NOT because I have to.

You can even meet Hungary! She's very kind, and rest assured she would never try to conquor you.

Have you ever heared of zhe term "The Vanishing?" It's used to describe zhe wave of disappearances of bright and talented adults and other citizens from surface nations. It happened in zhe beginning of 1946-1952. Unknown to uz,zhe surface, zhese adults vere all taken to Rapture. Und some found it by accident. Germany vanted to see if a woman named Brigid Tenenbaum vas there und he vasn't zhe only one. From vhat I've heared, Australia became concern vhen his famous Pilot Naledi Atkins vent missing so rumour haz it, he'z doing zhe same. But I have a feeling zhat they might not like vhat zhey find.

Hungary: Who is this women? Draco you know her.
Draco:...She's one of the people who made Rapture and other girls the way they are, with the glowing eyes. She discovered a sea slug that produced this chemical called adam, it has the capabilities to alter ones DNA, giving them inhuman abilities...they found that the parasite could produce adam at a higher rate when sharing a symbiotic relationship...they found young girls were the only compatible suiter. The process and recycle adam so the flow countinues...Unfortunatly adam users became...addicted. It was like a drug, causing deformaty and insanity as it is countinued to be used...Almost every citizen down there is insane, killing eachother for Adam...and due to Raptures seclusion, thanks to her leader, Andrew Ryan, those who didn't take Adam...fell victim to the now insane residents who did. When I learned this, Tenebaum contacted me, as she noticed the girls, now called "little sisters" reacted to me diffrently then others, seeing me as no threat, along with the girls protectors know as "Big Daddies". Usally the little sisters would run from people, as they were mentally manipulated to do, and the Big Daddies would go on th defence to anyone who got near them. But they did neither to me. The Little sisters approached me happily and even asked me to play with them, and the Big Daddies didn't react etheir. Tenenbaum saw this and asked me to do something. She gave me some adam and a plasmid, or an injectable "ability", that freed the gils of the slug without killing them. Thats why i've been gone so long. *pulls up sleeve to reveal injection mark.* I've been helping Dr. Tenebaum with her...Redemption.
Hungary: Then Why not cure Rapture herself?!
Draco: I asked the Doctor....she said not to, as the plasmid was designed to work on the girls. She didn't know how it would react to Rapture since she is a nation...and I won't take the risk...

Try to keep your sense of justice, for no person has then right to take anothers life, not hinder one another in their own persute of happiness, as long as that happiness is not at the cost of others happiness...Y'know, for someone as ditzy as America, he sure knows what he is talking about sometimes...

*In case you're wondering why Holland is so calm about being in the underwater city and not freaked so much by the splicers is because he's been able to happily smoke his pipe without getting his ass arrested since Rapture's laws aren't too strict concerning drugs like marijuana. If they allow splicing of course they would allow this.
