A solution to solve the global economic & financial crisis...By the way, "Technicals" are fighting vehicles used in countries of the so-called 3rd world, where the armed parties don't have the money to effort high-tech weapons. So what they do is: taking off-road vehicles & mount weapons on top of them. It's effective & cheap, easy to use, even for kids.
A perfect gap in the market of the 1st world to export more and more weapons. And a reasonable solution for GM, they just should install a machine gun on top of their Opel Insignia & everybody will be happy...
