This is a quote from me.
This is more of a reminder to me than anything else.
This is one of those 'Only got 100 years to live'. 'Carpe diem'. 'Seize the day'. 'Gather ye rosebuds while ye may'. Ect. ect. kind of stamps.
My point is: get your priorities straight and then live your life accordingly. (I have a hard time with that. But I hope to work on it.)
Once that moment goes by, you can't revisit it, do it over again to get it right, or anything.
There are many times in my life I look back and think "Man! I wish I could do that over again. I really messed up." But I can't. This is just a reminder to me that life is fragile and you only get one chance to live it.

Ooo I just love this stamp!!
The meaning behind it is great and so true too! I find that can be the oddest thing to think about, that we've only really got one shot for sure, and no matter how hard things may be, that's just how it is. I know for myself, it's weird to think about the way I've lived, and amusing to think what I would do differently if I could have another shot [mostly bad things though, I'm such a goody two shoes XD] But it's just...weird, because one day we're all going to have a moment where we just stop and think about or realize what exactly we've accomplished or have done in our lives...[Or maybe not everyone will but, you get my point] Strange...
Anywho! The stamp IS very lovely! I love the background color and I like how the text moves across too. It's at a good speed that it's easy to read and the font is simple but lovely too.
I also like how the butterfly begins the piece. ^^

I think that's the way it is with most of us. We always want to know the best possible outcome and take that one, but there isn't always a map laid out in front of us.

Yes, I hope to be a good ripe age of 80 and look back at a life of love, and caring, peace, and truth. Those are good things to want in your life. You know? I don't much care if I'm successful, or rich... but love, now that is something I want throughout my life.

Thank you very much. I wanted it to work on making better backgrounds for my stamps, and that is what I came up with and I really like it.
