Prince Cardan from the book 'The Cruel Prince' By Holly Black.I've been doodling this guy and other book characters recently. Anyway here's him pleasantly drunk and sparkly.... and not looking very cruel right here.
Also I have a feeling his eye colour is wrong.
I feel that my digital art is slowly improving though so that's nice.
