While GIMP does come with it's own set of fuzzy brushes, they kind of suck. Especially when it comes to anime style blending/smudging. So I made this brush with a little help from this: [link] . While the tutorial at this link shows how to make objects "glow" (like neon signs), I used it to make a fuzzy brush. Works surprisingly well! This is the brush I now use when blending. In fact, the red/purple background was blended with this brush!Some of the steps in this tutorial can be used to make almost any type of brush. (Look for the blue star).]

Wow! This is cool! I will try this when I have time. Yes, our tuts are different, lol. Mine just focuses on how to make ANY brush be able to change colors, lol. So I guess I can put mine up!
