one bit that I actually really like as a little touch is making the trolls blood colour clear on their hands, elbows, knees and feet, where, I assume, it would on humans. it just adds this nice detail to it.
also, as for eridan being forever alone... the guy's not earned himself many friends and does hate all land dwellers, so... yeah.
