Anywho, this is really beautiful. I love how you captured so much emotion in this, and yet this picture is simple. That in itself is astounding to me. And I like how you drew the front of Varcie, especially the front legs. I think that is drawn VERY well. c:

i love the style; the lineart only on the most outer part of the drawing and the flat colors. its really nice, and as *rocketsce said simplicity = epic.

wow I feel retarded. I was looking at this WHILE LISTENING TO THAT SONG and was like "LOL THOSE LYRICS LOOK FAMILIAR -googles them-......OH. 8);;;;;;"
but man for starters: simplicity is amazing. and you pull it off really well. I hate complicated things (unless they're vectors. you can rarely go wrong with vectors.) but that's what everyone seems to DO on this site. complicated backgrounds, fursonas, artwork, photography...BUT YES.. THE SIMPLICITY = nice. very nice.
also "japan sun" backgrounds are the best. end of story. they scream "EPIC" and I would draw every single picture with one if I could.
