just a quick doodle for the sake of uploading. it's elle, uncolored, because i'm still figuring out her final design.micron pens = amazing and worth purchasing! i think this would make a nice... card or mixed cd cover... or something. i'll save this scrap until i need it.
also might do cheap commissions of these, since they're easy and kind of pretty?

i absolutely love oriental stuff. i was considering redesigning my room to that kind of thing, but i decided on an outerspace theme since... well, it fits me more, haha.

Honestly I think graphic designers have an easier time getting jobs in the art world than illustration majors (like myself, durhur) but I've got 3 years to improve my skeels before jobs become an issue xD

very true, in both regards, but my dad was telling me about this newspaper article he read about 100 people in ohio interviewed who lost their jobs and about five of them were graphic designers, which is a lot for one specific major. soooo I dunno. x3;
