It wields a massive and enigmatic “Hyakki Bento”, a box with supernatural properties that contains an array of digital entities shaped like demonic foods. This box can segment itself at the will of Bentomon into an unregistered number of smaller boxes primarily to control the size and power of the creatures it releases, but also to be placed strategically on the battlefield to gain control over it.
This Digimon can rearrange the contents of its "Hyakki Bento" on the fly, adapting to different combat situations by summoning the most suitable entities, such as: “Ricekabe”, a wall of rice that extends infinitely to block its target. or “Ittan Nori”, a long strip of seaweed that choke the life out of its victims.
The digital entities emerging from the “Hyakki Bento” are believed to be created within a pocket dimension accessible through the box itself, seemingly cooked into existence by what some perceive as the spirit and will of this Digimon. With its signature move, the "Bento Rice Trap," this Digimon captures its adversaries by releasing a mass of sticky rice from the “Hyakki Bento,” which ensnares its victims within, where their data is transformed into raw ingredients, destined to become a creature under Bentomon's command.
