I love your colour palette and her expression is adorable. I really love how you shaded and highlighted her, especially the hair, and the coloured outline really adds a lot to the character's colourful feeling. I think you might want to put some very bright sparkles on the water to give it a little bit more of an ocean at sunset look. I LOVE the curlicues on her bangs, hair ribbons, and ears and the sky is gorgeous. Beautiful work!

I love this. The shading and colouring is simply magnificent. And mindblowing. I am simply amazed at the colours you used for the Bg and I adore the way you drew the bpdy and pose. The colour scheme is cute and the whole head is shaded merfectly. You are brilliant.
