Read LEFT to RIGHT.Anyway, so these are pages one and two of an arguement between Taang from . It's a possible exerpt from his AU fanfiction, SRU.
I haven't had the chance to read the whole thing, but so far what I've read, I love the way he writes Toph and Aang together. It actually makes me want to ship them and draw them together. XDHaha.
Anyway! I have another two more pages to post for this mini-comic... I wanted to fit it all on one page, but... it was too much and I wanted to do his wonderful dialogue some justice.
I'm putting a few finishing touches on the next pages, expect two more pages soon after this!

p.s. Oh, and yeah.. Aang's hair isn't dark enough. Buuutt.... Yeahhhhhhhhhh. I rarely draw him. WHATEVER. XD

Yea, I felt the same way about that song, I'm pretty sure I saw some other artist use it in a description of another Taang pic and that's where the idea came from.

I used Prismacolor markers, and I did the background coloring and clean up with Photoshop.

Ohh wow it's prettyful! And the comic is great! But Toph DOES seem more irritable than usual. I mean what does she want from Aang??

The point of this scene is that Toph is putting too much pressure on Aang - she's dealing with her own problems but she's projecting it on Aang, making him feel bad when it's really her own internal problems.
This is the first time in their relationship in which Aang decides to stop tolerating when Toph does this.

Ohh. That's gotta be tough on Aang. I have a friend doing the exact same thing to me, and now we don't even talk to each other anymore, let alone make eye contact even though we have to see each other everyday.

I recently lost a couple of friends (just this week) due to some misunderstandings...but at least I don't have to ever see them.

Wow, that is so amazing. The song interspersed in there is genius and goes so well. The fight seems close to home too, so has meaning, and their reactions and expressions really show it. I saw the other one first, then this one.

She really did a wonderful job. This scene and others I've written like it are able to work somehow in text, but seeing my writing put into comic form is just amazing. ^_^ I heard the song a few months ago for the first time and KNEW it was pretty spot-on for the relationship these two characters have in the story.
Aang and Toph's entire relationship hits very close to home for me...

So lucky. I wish someone would draw my story, or a capture. If only I could draw. It is nice to see a view of what some one is trying to convey, or that when reading your story, they were able to capture it so well, which is also an indication that some one wrote it very well too, so kudo's to you as well. (I used to much well's there, brain stopped working)

The first frame is awesome. I absolutely love that idea. She's on her bedsheets, but the way it's displayed makes it look like she's lost in music - and her headphones! Awesome homage to her canon series outfit.
