TUTORIAL: HOW CONVERT MINECRAFT MAPSTOOLS: MINEWAYS: www.realtimerendering.com/eric…
3DMAX OR BLENDER OR ANY 3D PROGRAM THAT SUPPORT OBJ FORMAT
clicking on file search the level.dat file usually created when you save the map.. you can find it by default at: user/appdata/roaming/.minecraft/saves/your world save name
i have a random save on my desktop so i will use that..
the map is loaded.. with the right mouse button select and drag and drop on the area you want to extract.. BE CAREFUL! More you select and more the obj will be hUGE!!!! so try first a little area..
leave the options as they are.. for more references read the mineways site
done! now import in your 3d program..
if is all ok, just re-export in obj for xps or what you need..
always in obj format
test it in xps..
yae!!!!
hope you like!
bye!!!

I made a simple test image: xaghtaersis.deviantart.com/art… That structure is one of my smaller structures and it's already big so importing my whole map will be INSANITY xD.

823kb. So I expect my empire to be between 1 and 2gb? xD Guess I have to import selective parts for different scenes.

Well i suggest you to split the scene in different parts.. i don't know your pc specs but i don't think can handle a 1gb texturizzed file.. so split in different parts.. i can easy import 200-300 mb files.. but sometimes i have to exclude textures on rendering..

Yeah I tried to render this part called ''endercity'' which is something I build while punching the ender dragon to death but it didn't render so well. Guess I do have to render different parts for different scenes then.
