[slightly edited in photoshop]I came across this stream while on a walk in Reston. Though I've always had a thing for trickling water and the calming sound it makes, this one area of water flowing around a rock caught my eye and I felt like I could stare at it forever. I tried to capture the relaxing state I was in with this one.
When I look at this picture, I can imagine the sound and imagine the feel of the water. I hope you can too.

the contrast between the yellow and the dark blue on the other side is interesting.
