Someone requested I bring this thing back up in my gallery. Although it's old, it might still be of some use to you. Since Toriyama never drew an older Pan, much is up to our own interpretation. I suppose she'd be a bit of a mix between ChiChi and Videl but a lot of people seem to have trouble drawing her as an older girl/adult woman. Hope this helps.Related content

Yeah, cutting such a haircut shouldn't be too hard (just put a bowl on your head!) but it should be prohibited alright! That haircut IS hardest to draw, I agree.
