Description My poster assignment for Intermediate Graphic Design class. Our topic this semester is Renewable Energy. Honestly, green design is just so cliche now and overdone, so I went off a different twist.

I had debated long about how to place the text and this made the most sense in that it is actually integrated with the dead bunny. Though it's less legible, I've asked people if they can read it fine and looks like it's alright.

Btw, it's not actually officially for the Energy Foundation, that was just one of the requirements.

I have to thank ~spader725 for helping me out with this.

Edit: I altered the type and moved the bunny. I like this spacing much better.

Yea you're right man, green is really over used, the image is bizarre and shocking, and it also has an explanatory text to really get the point across.

Yeah, my professor banned us from using lightbulbs, wind turbines, and all the cliche icons associated with "green design" and so the class produced some really unique work! Doesn't have to actually be "green" to be "green design".

Anyway, thanks for the comment! : D

It could probably work without the text, but in my mind the purpose of these types of art are to communicate a message to the masses, and text makes concepts much easier for people to grasp. Excellent work.
