Commission for *Kenty1234SORRY THIS TOOK SO LONG! My mac kept eating layers of shading. He doesnt when I'm drawing and colouring girls. B/
I have decided to keep the two girls as OCs because as I worked on them their characters came to life slowly! XD I know the girl on the left (who's name keeps coming back to Cornelia or Melanie) looks a lil...er sadistic but she's a softy at heart.
AND HOMFG! THAT BACKGROUND! I dont regret it but I ended up making the background from scratch in a 3D program and painting over it. It looks good but took so long! (I might end up doing this for that Sam and Nao pic)
I really like the girl on the left's shoes! <=D
I took ages on this so T^T Can I has some proper comments and not just "cute"?

I'm more of a writer myself but I have dabbled with TG Captions. My favorite is Daniel's Dance. Basically, a boy loves to dance but it too shy to dance in front of his friends until his best friend, Michelle, offered him to wear a Neko-Girl suit so no one would know who 'she' is and there would be no need to be shy. It worked. The Caption ended with '...Daniel did not know if he would ever get over his shyness but until then, Nadile would dance the nights away...'

This is great! I particularly like the little details in the clothing such as the stitching as well as the pleats in the skirts. Also I am liking the dimensions shown with the two layers of lockers. The reflection on the floor and shadows are definitely a nice touch. The time spent really shows in the final outcome. true though the girls are cute. I like the uniforms you designed, and I wouldn't mind being the guy who is about to get the make over.

WOWSA the colouring work on this is immense I mean the lineart looked very plain but now you have added the colour I can see real character in the girls and the whole thing just leaps off the page at me, well off the screen

I LOVE YOUR BACKGROUNDS...can't even call them "backgrounds" since they're really settings. Real scary though...dontwannabeforcedintodrag 0___0 The line quality is very jaunty and I like how although they wear the same basic uniform their personalities come through both their clothes AND their faces. It's great that you can draw more than one face!
Feel free to ignore...The one critique I have is that the clothes and hair are shaded a bit too...hmm...realistically for the lineart style. When your lineart is very stylized it is sometimes more effective to let the lines tell more of the story...hopefully I explained that well ;;

And thank you! I'm so glad I took the time to do the background properly instead of 'implying' a setting like I usually do! I'm gunna try more detailed backgrounds as time goes on! Baby steps!!
Andohmygoodness you have no idea how happy that makes me. I've been stressing about all my characters are all the same basic face shape for years so I'm glad my working on that issue is paying off!

And actually, I think I agree! Usually I at least colour the lines so it fits in a little more but for some odd reason I think I forgot! XD
